These positions, along with helping maintain plant quality and nursery cleanliness, are key to the overall success of our nursery. Greenhouse Workers
​
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Planting, watering, trimming, cultivating, pruning, transplanting and fertilizing the plants in their care
-Propagating, pinching, spacing, disbudding, sorting, feeding, staking
-Perform all necessary plant tasks
-All other appropriate duties as and when required

Requirements:
-Be able to listen and follow directions precisely
-Be able to bend, stretch and stand for long periods of time
-Lift up to 50lbs
-Be self motivated and like working with plants
Cashier/Customer Service
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Product sales (plants, soil, fertilizers, etc.)
-Cashiering
-Stocking/merchandising/pricing/displaying product
-Watering plants
-Sweeping
-Loading customers' cars
-Answering phones and more
Requirements:
-Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively is required
-Retail experience is a plus
-Customer service experience is required
-Plant knowledge is required
-Commitment to team work is essential
